Take a look at what some of our happy customers have said about Top Dog Massage Therapy.
We were first made aware of Jocelyn and her Canine Myofunctional Therapy on the recommendation of a veterinarian. Our over enthusiastic, young, large puppy had sustained an injury which made him lame. X-Rays did not reveal any bone injury and after many and varied tests it was decided the injury could be soft tissue and muscular. We chose at that stage to have massage therapy as it is the least invasive treatment. Jocelyn quickly developed a great rapport with our active dog. She works in liaison with our vets and discusses weekly his treatment. We are extremely pleased with the results. Our dog is walking without any noticeable limp. The dog has no hesitation in allowing Jocelyn to work on him even though at times it must inconvenience him. We have no hesitation in recommending Jocelyn and her therapy. Some days we only wish we were the recipients instead of our dog.

Kirra, our Senior Golden Retriever was my much loved companion of nearly 17 years. During this last 12 months, Kirra's arthritis became critical and it was a problem for her to move around at all. Our local vet suggested we try Jocelyn and her remedial massage therapy, which we did. This gave Kirra great relief and comfort in her last few months. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity for Jocelyn to massage Kirra as it gave her such good results.

My greyhound “Skadi” has received multiple injuries from racing. During the past few years I have tried many vets, chiros and muscle manipulation. None have managed to get her “right”. After one treatment with Jocelyn she is a new dog. She loves every minute and is now moving much freer. Thanks heaps!!

Back in 2005 I became aware of the immense benefits of massage when Ripley was showing in Melbourne, I was placed in contact with a lady who quickly diagnosed Ripley's injuries and through massage relieved Ripley from the pain and discomfort. Unfortunately sending the “boys” to Melbourne every time they need treatment was not a feasible option. Since then I’ve searched for a suitable canine massage therapist and have now found Jocelyn.
To keep dogs moving free and easy, in and out of the show ring, massage is critical and it assists with the “boys’” ongoing health and well being. Link humans, dogs also feel pain, however canines are unable to tell us directly where they are sore. It is only through astute observation and understanding that humans know when their dog is in pain and discomfort.
The “boys” enjoy being massage by Jocelyn and this is evident when they see her each and every time at her home or at a show with their warm welcome (as well as the delight of seeing Jaffa, their feline friend!!!).
Thank you Jocelyn for keeping the “boys” fit and healthy for home and the show ring.

Our dog Issa has generalised osteoarthritis. His quality of life and general health were suffering from pain and diminishing mobility caused by the condition. We tried everything suggested by our vet and he improved minimally but continued to limp and walk with very stiff legs which we felt could improve with massage.
Our vet had business cards displayed for Top Dog Massage Therapy so we arranged a consultation with Jocelyn, our vet and Issa. We were impressed with Jocelyn, and with our vet’s support, decided to try massaging sessions. Within a couple of treatments we noticed an improvement so continued weekly massages until he was pain free with normal joint movement.
Issa’s improvement were much better than we thought possible. We have been able to cut back to fortnightly massages to maintain his mobility. He’s a much happier boy and despite his nearly 9 years, has incredible energy and a wonderful puppy attitude.
Jocelyn is an obvious animal lover (Issa just loves his visits) and a skilled, dedicated professional. We highly recommend Jocelyn’s massage therapy. Our first session with Jocelyn was in December 2007.
